In the new millennium the paper trail is thin and short. This time of year in the Eastern Hemisphere mailboxes across the continent were stuffed with catalogues offering a plethora of items from post box to post box. The Internet changed much of that, with Amazon and eBay, for two, and UPS giving notice to shop-by-mail literature and the Post Offices of North America. However grim, there’s still many avenues of mail order in play. Some history and humor is available in this section of the Halleluiah Trail on the May 7 show.
